Welcome From the President/CEO
In 2009, Minnesota Masonic Charities celebrated the successful conclusion of a major fundraising campaign: Partners for Life, in support of cancer research and treatment at the University of Minnesota, based on the construction of a new Masonic Cancer Clinic on the Minneapolis campus. It was also an important year for significant increases in community outreach through Matching Funds Grants, as a greater number of grants, higher dollar amounts and a larger number of organizations participated. It was a year that saw more scholarship awards to even more students from the multiple scholarships portfolio, and a year that implemented significant quality of life enhancements at our two senior communities. It was a very good year…
It was also a year that – like so many others – underscored the simple fact that the members of Minnesota’s Masonic family are generous. By end of 2009, there were 101 charter members of the newly-created Pillars Legacy Society. The Masonic family has historically made the act of giving a primary tenet of their membership. Minnesota Masonic Charities is here to support, enlarge and enhance the charity of Minnesota Masonry.
Minnesota Masonic Charities:
Compassionate. Committed. Capable.
